The Camel Dive Hotel:
Camel Hotel is located in Naama Bay, the main resort area of Sharm El Sheikh, fifteen minutes from the airport. It still operates from the location where Camel was established in 1986. Today, Camel Dive Club & Hotel is an oasis of calm amongst the cafes, restaurants and shops of Naama Bay’s pedestrian area. The main jetty, from where daily boats depart for diving and snorkelling, is approximately five minutes walk.

The rooms are arranged on two floors around a central courtyard with swimming pool. Thirty Pool view rooms have their own terrace or balcony overlooking the pool. Eight standard rooms are of the same quality, but without pool view and without terrace or balcony.
All rooms have en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, satellite TV, and safe deposit box. Free wireless internet access is available at hotspots around the Hotel, including the balconies and terraces of some rooms.
Access to the sandy beach in Naama Bay is available, two minutes' walk from the Hotel. Collect your token and beach towel from Camel Hotel reception. The token gives you free access to the beach, and use of the sun loungers and parasols. Activities available at the beach include snorkelling, pedalo rides, parasailing, dinghy sailing, and glass bottom boat trips.

We can also combine a package consisting of 4 nights hotel and 3 nights diving liveaboard.
Dive & Logi package Red Sea/Egypt
Our land based Dive & Accommodation packages offer flexible travel where you choose the date and location. We have tried to include so much it goes but we have not included the flight in these packages. Choose the destination that suits you best and let us to finalize it by adding the flight. Of course you can also organize your flight by yourself or you might already have a flight ticket.
About the country
Egypt is located in the northeastern corner of Africa and shares borders Libya in the west, Sudan in the south, Israel and the Gaza Strip in the northeast.
ClimateIn Egypt the sun shines all year long. Summer is extremely hot (May-September) where it is not uncommon for temperatures to reach above 40 degrees. Only in December will it be cool again, especially in the nights. January is the coldest month with daytime temperatures averaging between 15 and 22 degrees.
The water temperature in the Red Sea along the Egyptian coast rises in summer (July, Aug, Sep, Oct) to about 30 degrees. In winter it can be around 20-22 degrees.
Diving
In Egypt, you can dive the clear waters of the Red Sea. The Red Sea is the northernmost tropical sea on the planet and also the closest to Europe. Coral reefs in the Red Sea always offer a fascinationg and most elaborate scenery. The Red Sea is also famous for its WWII shipwrecks. It is by far one of the world's best diving waters.
Passport and visa
Citizens of the European Union do not need a visa for Egypt. You will need a passport that is valid for at least another six months after returning home.
